Refund and Return Policy

At YBA Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your experience with us is stress-free.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ybaclothing.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify the item you’d like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us immediately for a prepaid return label.
